Paul van Ulsen
Chief Executive Officer
Paul is responsible for all aspects of corporate governance for Salland Engineering worldwide. Paul joined Salland in 1993 as a test applications engineer. He became Manager of the Test Applications business unit and soon demonstrated his sales skills as Managing Director for Salland Europe. Prior to Salland, Paul worked for Rood Testhouse International as a mixed-signal applications engineering. He is a graduate of Windesheim Technical University in electronics and computer engineering.

Jos Tran
Director Finance
Jos is responsible for Salland Engineering's financial operations. He previously worked as a business controller and was in charge of various business projects as well as management and financial accounting. Jos joined Salland Engineering in 2012, after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Control from Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.

Taco Zwemstra
Chief Operating Officer
Taco is responsible for running the Operational activities of Salland Engineering. Taco has joined Salland at the end of 2025. Prior to Salland, Taco has spend a large part of his career in the Semiconductor Industry in various Operational roles, including Test & Product Engineering at Philips Semiconductors, NXP Semiconductors and spin-offs Trident Microsystems and Ampleon, both in The Netherlands and abroad.
He has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology.

Erik Kloekke
Manager Hardware Engineering
Erik is co-responsible for the Instrument and Software tool development business of Salland Engineering. He joined Salland Engineering in 2008 and became the manager of the Instruments group. Prior to Salland, Erik has worked as embedded software/hardware engineer and demonstrated his skills in project management. He is a graduate of Windesheim Technical University in electronics and computer engineering.

Gerwin Veltink
Manager Hardware Engineering
Gerwin is co-responsible for the Instrument and Software tool development business of Salland Engineering. Gerwin joined Salland Engineering in 1999 and began his career as a Product Support Engineer, gaining deep insights into the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) industry. Over the years, Gerwin contributed to the hardware development of several high-density instruments for leading ATE manufacturers. His technical expertise and leadership skills led him to become Project Manager within the Instruments Development group. He is a graduate of Windesheim Technical University in electronics and computer engineering.

Jeroen Schutte
Director Semiconductor Production Test
Jeroen is responsible for managing all Semiconductor Production Test business of Salland Engineering. He started at Salland over 30 years ago as a test engineer and project manager for pcb design with increasing breadth of management responsibilities. Jeroen worked on numerous audio- and mixed signal test solution development projects and for many years he was responsible for managing the Test Application business at Salland Engineering. He is a graduate of Windesheim Technical University in electronics and computer engineering.

Aart Nagelhout
Senior Manager Test Application
Aart is responsible for managing the Test Application and PCB design business at Salland Engineering, where he has been a key contributor since joining the company in 2007. He began his career as a Test Application Engineer and later transitioned to Project Management, overseeing a wide range of projects. Throughout his career, Aart has played a central role in developing numerous audio, mixed-signal, and RF test solutions. His strong technical foundation, combined with his leadership capabilities, propelled him into the role of Senior Manager within the Test Application group. He is a graduate of Windesheim Technical University in electronics and computer engineering.

Rob Schoots
Manager Production
Rob is responsible for managing all manufacturing, supply-chain and logistics at Salland Engineering. He joined Salland in 2001 as production engineer, active with manufacturing, final testing and manufacturability processes for new designs. Prior to Salland, Rob worked as (field) service engineer in the SMT pick & place machine industry.

Margreet Eilert-Veerbeek
HR Business Partner
Margreet is responsible for HRM at Salland Engineering and joined the company in July 2025. She brings five years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a technical environment, as well as 7.5 years of experience in the leisure sector. With this background, she contributes a broad mix of people skills, organizational development expertise, and hands-on HR capabilities. At Salland Engineering, Margreet focuses on further strengthening HR processes, supporting leadership development, and fostering an environment in which employees can grow and collaborate effectively. She graduated in 2012 from Windesheim University of Applied Sciences with a degree in Human Resource Management.
