customers' problem statements can be neatly wrapped up in a single
email. Likewise, we realize that our solutions cannot anticipate
every nuance that we might find at different customer sites. For
these reasons, our entire support staff is trained and prepared to
work interactively with our customers to deliver the best support
experience possible.
We provide support on a worldwide basis. Support engineers are located in Singapore, Taiwan, San Jose, Austin and The Netherlands.
