European breakthrough for SE-PROBE
Recently a large European semiconductor manufacturer
has selected SE-PROBE as their wafer mapping and prober control product.
The selection process was very intense and has taken up to 1,5 year. During
this period several vendors were compared on both technical performance and
commercially. Key point for the final selection was the ability for full integration
within the existing structure and to realize a full paperless sort floor.
The migration capabilities of SE-PROBE with their existing "work stream"
package as well as process time reduction on most of their products, made them
to decide for Salland Engineering's SE-PROBE.
Everything indicates a long and strong relationship
between the two companies. In total over 100 licences are ordered and more to
follow.
