Founded in 1992 and headquartered in The Netherlands, Salland Engineering is an international engineering company, specializing in semiconductor test efficiency improvement products and solutions.

Salland Engineering is a world leader in Test Application Support, Data Analysis, ATE custom hardware products and solutions. The unique combination of Test Engineering knowledge with hands-on experience has helped our customers achieve their goals in terms of time-to-market, reduced test time and overall improved test efficiency.

Working closely with its customers, Salland Engineering has successfully delivered over 750 turnkey test applications, from load board conception through the successful qualification and optimization of the test program.

Working closely with ATE manufacturer, Salland Engineering has developed and delivered worldwide over 4500 custom hardware solution. ATE products include vintage ATE processor/networking upgrades, custom DFT and high-density modules that are fully integrated and enable massive parallel measurements.

Salland Engineering is already delivering products for the latest open architecture ATE systems.
