Paul van Ulsen
Chief Executive Officer and President Paul is responsible for all aspects of corporate governance for Salland Engineering worldwide. Paul joined Salland in 1993 as a test applications engineer. He became Manager of the Test Applications business unit and soon demonstrated his sales skills as Managing Director for Salland Europe. Investors and managers recognized that Paul had a vision to build Salland into a major player in the market for semiconductor test and he was appointed CEO in 2001. His leadership has guided Salland to becoming one of the largest suppliers of test productivity products and services in the world. Prior to Salland, Paul worked for Rood Testhouse International as a mixed-signal applications engineering. He is a graduate of Windesheim Technical University in electronics and computer engineering. |

Peter Crabbe
Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, Salland Europe Peter is responsible for
development of both instruments and software in Europe as well as
for the company's Test Applications business unit. Prior to
Salland, Peter held various management positions in test
engineering with ON Semiconductor, including several years
experience in their Philippines test operations. Peter's early
career was as a test engineer and manager with AMI Semiconductor
and Alcatel Microelectronics. He received his Executive MBA from
the University of Antwerp Management School and is a graduate of
the KAHO Technology Campus in Gent, Belgium in
microelectronics. |

Stefano Martignoni Stefano is responsible for worldwide sales and marketing for all Salland product lines. Prior to his appointment as director, Stefano was Salland's account manager for South Europe. He brings to Salland over 15 years experience in sales and marketing for the ATE industry. Prior to Salland, he was Senior Marketing director at Credence. He started his career with STMicroelectronics as a product engineer. Stefano holds a Master's Degree from Milan Polytechnics in Electronic Engineering. |

Keith Arnold Keith is responsible for business operations and customer support in the United States. As CTO, he leads the Austin development team responsible for enterprise analysis tools and adaptive test technologies. Keith also has corporate responsibility for the software roadmap for Salland Engineering. Prior to the merger with Salland, Keith was CTO and vice president of development for Pintail Technologies. Before Pintail, he was president of The Boxer Group, a developer of manufacturing automation systems and enterprise data warehousing products. Previously, Keith was Chief Information Officer for Cirrus Logic, a fabless semiconductor manufacturer. Keith's early technical and managerial experience was earned at Crystal Semiconductor, Compaq Computer and Texas Instruments. Keith is an Electrical Engineering graduate of Texas A&M University. |

Patrick See Patrick is responsible for sales and
customer support throughout Asia. Based in Salland's Singapore
office, Patrick joined Salland as Sales and Marketing Manager in
1999 and was appointed as Managing Director in year 2001. Prior to
that, he was with Tokyo Cathode Laboratory as sales and marketing
manager for its probe card and probe card analyzer products serving
the Asia/Pacific region. His early career was as a test engineer
and later as a test manager in wafer fab, wafer test and laser trim
with Harris / Intersil Semiconductors. Patrick is a graduate from
Singapore Polytechnics in Electronic and Communication
Engineering. |

Jeroen Meeuwissen Jeroen is responsible for worldwide
financial operations, strategy and investor relations. Prior to his
employment with Salland Jeroen founded the financial management
consulting firm Oreijs Capital & Management. Before that, he
was Director of Business Banking for Van Lanschot Bankers in The
Netherlands. He graduated from Nyenrode University in The
Netherlands, as well as from Simon Business School at the
University of Rochester New York with a Master of Business
Administration. |

Jeroen Schutte Jeroen is responsible for managing Salland's
Test Applications business. He has been with Salland for over 15
years with increasing breadth of management responsibilities. He
was a test engineer in his earlier career following graduation from
the University of Applied Science (HTS) in The Netherlands. |

Rudy Veldman Rudy is responsible for manpower development, process management and management's commitment to quality. Prior to Salland Engineering, Rudy held various management and governmental positions at Enexis for almost 20 years. His management experience includes data management, project management and line management. He is a graduate of Windesheim Zwolle in Engineering and of the University of Nijmegen with a Master of Science in Business. |
