Jan Lobbezoo is chairman of the Salland board of directors to which he brings a wealth of international and financial experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to his retirement in 2007, he served in various executive roles within the Phillips Group most recently as Executive Vice-President to the Philips Board of Management with the responsibility of supervision of a number of strategic joint-ventures. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Philips Semiconductors, now known as NXP Semiconductors. For over 12 years he served on the board of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the world's largest semiconductor foundry organization. Currently, Mr. Lobbezoo is a supervisory member on the boards of three publically listed companies. Furthermore, Mr. Lobbezoo serves as a member of the supervisory board of several privately owned, start-up companies, active in the high technology.

In addition to his active management of Compello, Mr. Giesbers is a passionate advocate of programs that will expand the Netherlands' economic strength both locally and throughout the world while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility.
