Salland Engineering is a privately owned, international technology company specializing in products and services that enable semiconductor manufacturers to improve the efficiency and quality of their testing. We have been in business since 1992. Our headquarters are in Zwolle, Netherlands and we employ over 100 employees worldwide.

- High Density Instruments: We design and manufacture high quality instruments that are used by our customers to upgrade the power or channel density of their automatic test equipment (ATE). These instruments provide a cost effective means for our customers to extend the throughput and useful life of their ATE investments.
- Software Products: We offer a comprehensive suite of software tools that are used by our customers to improve their test processes. Our tools are modular and highly scalable. They included off-line analysis, on-line data capture and factory automation capabilities. Our software provides users with a common view of their test data regardless of what equipment is in use or where the test floor is located. We have an installed base of over 2000 Dynamic Test Cell controllers and over 1000 SwifTest monitors.
- Test Applications: We provide a wide range of engineering services including test program development and conversions, test program optimization, load board development, pilot line production and failure analysis. We have our own testers and analysis equipment on site for this business segment. We have delivered over 700 turnkey test applications since our inception.

Our customers include leading integrated device manufacturers (IDMs) and fabless semiconductor manufacturers. We also deliver many solutions to the OSATS who support these manufacturers. Finally, we are proud to partner with the leading ATE vendors in the semiconductor industry. Key customers include: Infineon Technologies, Maxim Integrated Products, NXP Semiconductors, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments, Fairchild Semiconductor, Power Integrations, Qualcomm, Melexis, Bruco, Powervation, EPCOS and the major ATE manufactures including Teradyne. LTX/Credence and Advantest/Verigy.
We provide dependable support for all of our products on a worldwide basis. In 2011, we achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in our Zwolle development center. We have development centers in The Netherlands and Texas. We have worldwide sales and support centers in Texas, California, Italy, UK, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.
